We are looking for a SEO TEAM LEAD/ SEO SPECIALIST Who have an expert knowledge in lead generation and to participate in our company's digital advertising campaigns. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
2. Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, fostering collaboration and skill development.
3. Optimize website structure, navigation, and URL structure for improved search visibility and user experience.
4. Conduct keyword research, analysis, and implement effective on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
5. Perform regular website audits, identifying and fixing technical SEO issues, broken links, and crawl errors.
6. Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and strategies for outperforming competitors in search rankings.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO tools, techniques, and industry changes, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
8. Collaborate with web developers, designers, and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations and improve website performance.
9. Oversee the creation and execution of link-building campaigns.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in SEO (Strong Technical SEO skills required)
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Google Tag Manager, Google Tracking (must)
• Knowledge of web analytics tools including microsoft clarity, Semrush, Google Analytics,etc.
• Proven experience as an SEO specialist with a track record of successful strategy implementation.
• Leadership experience, guiding and developing a team of SEO professionals.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to industry changes.
• U.S market experience (prefered)
• Must be able to show past experience of how his/her work has impacted Revenue

Job Types: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: 28,000 - 35,000 per month

Schedule: Day Shift

Supplemental Pay Types: Performance Bonus (Monthly or Yearly based on work)

Ability to commute/relocate: Kerala, Malappuram, Valanchery

Education: Bachelor's (preferred).
